this problem faced me in 3.4(1.8) version.........u check in 1.7 version. it's worked well

Ufs-HWK software is more stable nowadays especially for BB5 phones. Thats my observation.

1.8 ver have lots of bugs thats why we face these problem use old ver or wait for next update borther

but we know mx-key is best tool for nokia.before any update supporter must be cheak it then published.may be we have any wrong to use with update??
so i requested to supporter to replay there how can we solve this????
