just remove the box check the cable and put it back..

Hello, my hti box green functionally with MobileEx 3.5 rev 1.6, but, after install MobileEx 3.5 rev 2.4 - No Security dongle... the drivers in win 7 32bits are [HTI Flasher Interface(WinUSB), HTI SmartCard Reader(WinUSB), MXKey SmartCard], if restore version rev 1.6 is normal functionally. Have note that while initialize Mob.rev2.4 is send a reset pulse in HTI and while they reset mobileEx no identify also win7 last time in reinstalation drivers, and MobileEx rev 1.6 no send reset pulse and MobileEx rev1.6 found HTI serial normal. I need from help, and sorry my bad english.

Bro.

You're trying to Cross Install Ver3.5 Rev2.4 on Very Old Version,

So you only need to Delete MobileEx Folder manually after uninstalling,

Then Install Latest Version, will have to Sign Application,

Friend, I think is a new programming file MobileEx.lib due to HTI box is disconnected during startup software MobileEx rev. 2.3 and 2.4, when reinstall version 1.6 over it works normal, but if you re-install version 2.4 no longer recognizes the HTI, I noticed that when the sofware MobileEx rev 2.4 initializes it sends a reset pulse and the box restarts as if I had unplugged the box and plugged in usb port, windows 7 takes 10 seconds to reinstall the drivers and software MobileEx not expect the box to reinstall, so it does not recognize, then reinstall the version rev1.6 if it works normally does not disconnect the box during MobileEX software startup and usually recognizes rev1.6. I'm using Windows 7 32bit and drivers [HTI Flasher Interface (WinUSB), HTI Smartcard Reader (WUDF) and SmartCard MXKey] and the MXKey works normally, only the HTI box restarts during startup MobileEx rev2.4.
