i will try to many time install & uninstall but same problem... my pkey is working good my friends pc... so where is problem in my pc... pls help

change usb port and scan your system for viruses....

try to Disable your Anti virus and Retry

1 st un install mx-key suit.
2.make backup of data folder in another drive.
3.delete all folder of mobile ex from "c" drive.
4.disable antivirus
5.install mobile ex v3.4 rev1.2
6.remove smart card reader driver from device manager.
7.remove and re-insert dongle.
8.and now give driver of smart card manually from mobile ex location.
