Bro; first uninstall setup and restart u'r pc... install it again..... check and post result........ good luck....

Brother uninstall and delete the folder C:\mobileEx and restart your pc but make sure that you have maked all back ups and also make back up of file mobileex.xml file and install it again and put the file in mobileex3.3
