Here is driver location C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\card\FT2K try to updet driver .

U try with another mxbox to.

dear i"m also facing the problem this update but my problems is diff....i"m facing sign in problem last 27 hours... but no reply mx team....but ur problems is diff r u try pkey card or sim any other pkey reader? i"nk ur problembe solve....

I give you a idea,open mx box and out smart card from base ,then try to add scard with pc via pkey holder . if not sucess then you buy a mxkey only no need box. box is good .many time unknown vairus damage your smart card.

I had faced also this problem and after trying so many things.i have got the solution and works good for me.Stop ur antivirus and restart the application.Will work 100%

plz install Service pack 2 cds dont buy service pack3 cds from Pakistan because that is modified by the peoples who not belong to Microsoft and edit windows configuration just for play games and your drivers will conflict with them and not working so plz install pack2 from normal cd and then let us know what kind of problem you still have

i install Fresh Window Xp Sp3 After Window Installation i Install mobileEx 3.5 (rev1.3) Setup Then Plug in My HTI Box 1St Time My Box Is Work Thanks Alot.......
