Probeleme after Synchronize.

mobileEx not open.

now what to do

reinstal mobileEx application

delete c:mobileex, reinstall last version, apply patch last version, do sync.

here i do not understan "patch last version"

Patch last version means 3.5 rev 1.4 update fix. Download it and unzip directly in c/mobile ex 3.5 directory
