problem with 6680 (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

I have nokia 6680 with phone "start up failed .contact the restailer" i tried mostly what can do .but unable to solve this problem and imei is also like 123456654321?.how can solve this problem?

write RPL.............................

Damaged SL3 simlock, damaged any IMEI RPL:
presss restore IMEI if you have any backup.
and if no:
contact Fast Unlocking
make deal and send to him your .ask file.

ignore logs or version on picture, just an example
