Problem connecting C1-01 using USB - GSM-Forum

Hi all,

I need to remove user code of C1-01, but phone does not boot with USB.
Please tell me what am I doing wrong. or what do I need to do yet.

the phone works well by the way.

MXKEY [MxKey Team HTI Flasher Interface (WinUSB) 5], SN: C08552AC
Connection status: UHCI:HUB::USB 1.10 (Full-speed)
Driver: NMWCD, ver: 7.1.32.70
Module ver: 1.0.0.19228(10-11-2011), Library ver: 1.0.0.13150(10-11-2011)
Make sure USB cable, Battery and charger are removed from device.
Insert USB cable, Battery back to device(make sure to have fully charged battery).
Insert Charger or Press phone's power button(if flashing doesnt start automatically)
Waiting for USB device ...
Device connected: nmwcdnsuc\Nokia USB Flashing Generic, PORT_ID: 313607D
Waiting for device boot up ...
Phone not found, retrying ...
Warning: Phone did not reboot to normal mode.

user code on phone maybe block usb conection. To see that code u must put your phone in local mode. See this thread for custom cable or use a genuine usb-service-cable

flash the phone, much easier.

x-gold cp, the only way to remove password right now is via flashing.

enter firmware, check x-gold then proceed usb flashing

tested many times bro..........good luck!

I have searched many threads on the forum, and tried exactly the procedures, but it just not work with this phone. I am sure my USB cable is good, but it just won't communicate well with MXbox.
