having issues with registering the HTI box every time I try to register I receive this response

Starting card activation ...

[UnauthorizedFault] Card [C085FD7B] is BLOCKED (case id=0xCC02)
please contact your reseller to fix the problem.
Card activation task completed.

any solution to this? if my card has expired can someone help me with getting the dongle reactivated? don't mind paying just new to this location I'm at and my employer doesn't remember where he purchased the setup at

this is the problem. but you should ask your reseller to resolved this kind of issue.
