Hello, someone knows how to solve this problem or whether the version of this phone is supported by mx and if it is please pass the correct procedure

I think you have to chech PA_SL2 box then go to update Splock..

example in my 6300 headset,
that it PA_SL.

if some one confuse about SL1,SL2 or maybe next nokia security update
we try add that info

I have the same problem of first post, and the 5800 have as firmware v11.0.008... What is the problem? I must upgrade? With which version i must?

Friend of mobile-mx with this new update is failing to do anything flash or nothing when I click itentify of the same error in all someone would have the solution to these errors since ja appreciate the help

When i try to update SpLock, with USF\HWK the log is:

i also face this prob ... but i solved myself..... two or three reason ....
first.... just change logger and sx4 servers . in server setting.. and load nokia module with ufs interface then go imei and secuirty check pa sl2 option. and then adentify... after this press update splock... prob is 10000000000% solved this is my tested 10000000000%
