Using device: UFS3 SarasSoft
Interface: Tornado
» UFxBoot V2.2 (c) SarasSoft 2003.
» UFS_USB V2.7 (c) SarasSoft 2007. (60668)
UFS firmware is old, some function might not work properly.
UFS3 SarasSoft ready.

uninstall mobileEx.delete folder in C:\mobileEx.remove rocky driver.restart your pc.uninstall ufs driver.
install again mobileEX.restart your pc. use ufs driver in C:\mobileEx\3.4\data\drivers\ufs 1.06.06.
connect ufs and see software ask you to upgrade your box. it is very old for me i can't remember but you try hope solve.

I think there is No HWK device in your UFS. Due to this you recieve this error. BB5 function only operated through HWK.

I am using UFS Micro with HWK removed without any problem till now. I dont think HWK is required.
