my license 5 is not activated yet , does it need credit to activate ???? and it's for what ??

license 5 needs 100 credits for cdma tool activation .
hope its clear now .

basically we have dct4+ / bb5 / SL3 / CDMA credits , and you must have 100 each to use unlimited features, for CDMA you only need to purchase 100 credits from any resellers of mxkey credits if you need to.
