problem with ufs interface

my mx-key not works with ufs interface, when i connect ufs interface .. it shows market item are empty even then i select it from nokia > phonix > products .. it only shows two generations DCT3 and DCTL , and DCT4 and BB5 are missing .. but market item works on usb interface...even i formated my system and reinstalled the main mx-key exe. where is the problem to solve empy market items.

ufs and all others interface like jaf,mt etc etc closed in new update of mxkey.

but it was working well on the same version mobileEx 3.5 (rev1.4) , yesterday only i formatted my system and it happened .
if as per you mx-key has stopped working for DCT4 and BB5 generations on ufs interface and now it is nessary to buy mx-box .., i think it is not fear .. there are crores of users having mx-key who can not effort buying mx-box should not suffer

I agree with you my freind.so simply use your ufs+hwk with orignal software and enjoy 100% fun.dont use 3rd party tool can dead your HWK.

Thanks but I do not use any third party tool for ufs .. my ufs runs well on its own software. my question is why it is not working now with mx-key .. DCT4 and BB5 not works .. it always show market items empty where as i select products again and again ..

15. UFS and POTATO (known as old JAF) are no more supported interfaces in MobileEx software.
We have our own interface MXBOX/HTI and we give support only for this.
Posting problems with UFS and POTATO (JAF) interfaces are no more welcome in this forum.
