Reader of HTI-BOX - GSM-Forum

The reader of the HTI-BOX does not detect the card inserted. Please who has experienced this and what is the solution? pictures if possible. My thanks

Check your computer device manager, look there's for a driver confict.

insert your sim on mxdongle in other usb.
and mx box without sim in fast usb.
you will get best result.

Update driver your USB Token device, use C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti

Problem is solved. Here is the procedure step by step :

1°) Open the devices manager
2°) Develop (+) Smart card Readers
3°) Select an "USB Token Holder"
4°) Put the updated driver from C:\MobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti

=====> "USB Token Holder" is transformed into "HTI Smartcard Reader"

In my case everythin is good but my card readre of box is not good. IT is working when I clean it with a paper and re-insert.
