RM-800 201.2 cant read
 

Hello, I have MXKEY green, and I can not read the phone info RM-800 201.2
The problem is this: I have the PM damaged, (I have backup), to turn it says contact service.
I want to write the PM with MXKEY, but not how to make it detect me, I have understood that you can with just the USB cable. Could someone guide me? could give me a tutorial, or tell me what options I have to tick to be detected? Please note that will not start, just contact service.
