mobileEx.xml I have backup, and then install the new version. and copy backup mobileEx.xml to Mxkey install folder. But he still prompts me to "Sign Application", yes I did not update after 5 times, dongle can not use it? intel E2140 cpu

on one computer I can sign application in few seconds,but on another one I can't.Both run on XP but one is Intel and that one is ok,but other one is AMD
