Signing Application Error.. Request Denied! - GSM-Forum

My new MX-Key was just Registered and when I was on the Application Signing Process, I got this Error.. Request Denied!
Untill I have reached 5 Credits.

I don't know what really the problem is.. any idea please.

if already use 5 of 5 credit u can't do sign again.
will be make this situation good as soon.
