SORRY for the wrong information. but i didnt knew who was the ultimate
reseller. and big resellers/distributors r not interested in selling 1pc mxkey to end users. so i had to get it from a smaller reseller, who might not disclose
from where he gets the mxkeys.
BUT now i have found out that its elcotek.
MY dongle serial is ;C0802DB9

pls do the needful

they will do what u will direct. So kindly answer

Ask your reseller to give you exchange in warranty period.
If he do not, is your problem with him, we give 1 year warranty to all resellers.

And, if your reseller is not authorized reseller, learn next time to buy from
authorized one who can give you full support.
