3110c contact service with battry,with software ok - GSM-Forum

plz help me all members.i m confused with this problem.yesterday a 3110 came to me with contact service. i checked with software it was security test failed and sd corrupted.i repair sd and wrote pm 1 and 309 after that set info is ok and phone working well with software in normal mode. but with batry it saying contact service

its Hard ware problem

S/W 100% Ok

Always post a log with your problem otherwise we cant help you.

first clean pcd throughly & heat the components........
