why is this happening?

Several had already unlocked but now I can not

unlocking and ten 1616 but now I can not

can any one help me please?

I have samme error in operation the read hash 2 nokia 1616 i tested in 2 pc and i have change cable alyaws samme error and phone not 20 digits in nck
note hash read with other box
