U must use mxkey for the solution.

Open mxkey mobileEx Latest(version)
1st):Select Dct4 Generation.
2nd):Tick on Full Erase Whole Flash.
3rd):Full flash it.
4th):Write pm
5th):Update Splock

All should be ok after this..
if Need pm files u can easliy get from here 100% working.

i get "failed to read" error also, but in simlock tab i can read sp info
