SOLUTION - [UnauthorizedFault] Card [C08XXXXX] is not assigned (case id=0xCC04)


Our server data base was affected by the Hurricane and
some resellers cards can not be activated.

If you got this message when you try to activate your new mxkey / mxbox:

[UnauthorizedFault] Card [C08XXXXX] is not assigned (case id=0xCC04)
please ask your reseller to fix the problem.
Card activation task completed.


Please contact your reseller and ask for FREE replace card.

I am also doing this exchange to resellers FREE OF COST,

they should do same for you.


If your resellers refuse to replace, please post here
your card serial number and this reseller name.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I am a reseller with about 90 pcs of MXBOX with mxcard. Seems all cards are affected by this problem:
[UnauthorizedFault] Card [C08XXXXX] is not assigned (case id=0xCC04)
please ask your reseller to fix the problem.
Card activation task completed.

Please tell me if it is possible not to send card and solve this problem remotely - by sending SN of mxkey card ?
It is really a big trouble and I hope smart card replacement is not necessary if it is a server problem only.

If REALLY smart card replacement is necessary who pays all costs - delivery from customer to reseller and from reseller to customer. Also there will be cost of sending back card from me to distributor. Are You going to refund these costs also ?

I hope all these matter will be explained - at least for resellers knowledge only.

yes stupid solution ! im from argentina, EMS SHIPPING cost 50 usd, imagine that i can not spend 50 usd for send, and 50usd for recive new dongle., customs taxes..

bad bad bad, find other solution MANOLE,

what is the order number of your purchase?
The author had blocked the dongles and boxes and everyone is waiting for author to resolve problem.
But it seems like author is irresponsible for the product which he make.
So we can only wait for author, sorry.

As informed by the author, the replacements are free of charge http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f550...xcc04-1345192/ .
However in order to get the replacement, you will need to ship back smart card to us, and for this you will need to bare the shipping cost to send back the smart card.
In order to save shipping weight, you can take the smart card out from the dongle or box and ship back smart card only.

This is stupid yes i just send back my mxkey and hav to wait a next couple of weeks again to get a new 1 hope they test and see if its ok before sending me the next 1

im from south africa the money im going to use to send that card is more than the cost of a new card so is like im buying a new card im not ready for that.
