Dear supporter i have tried alot to open support inorder to download some FLASH FILES , but every time i gotthis massege that -;

THE FILE NAME , DIRECTORY NAME or VOLUME LABEL SYNTAX IS INCORRECT .

Anydoby can help me HOW TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM and enable to download FLASH FILES ___________waiting for replies .

Very surprise to note there is no reply from MXKEY person which offcourse consist on very very sharp people . I just request to Mr.MANOLE to look into the matter and kindly guide me enable to download some very very important PRODUCT FILES from there. Thanks in advance.

Thanks master manole for your kind reply ,plz advice me HOW CAN I MAKE SCREEN SHOOT ? Any short method . Bcz i took screen shoot which size is 2.5 MB and i cannt upload here bcz here is limited size upto 200kb . Looking for your kind reply -------------------sir .

if you press Ctrl + PrintScreen buttons together then open Paint program (in Accessories) then press paste you will see screen shot. Then maybe crop it a little and save as Jpeg file and it will be under 200kb

Why you were open notepad i dont understand? Correct way connect mxkey go to option then go to server after that you have seen a support area just click on that your problem were solved.
