- backup rpl just in case.
> BB5 > Flash > Advance > Get Addr. select eeprom. don't mark safe erase, press erase.
proceed:
- BB5 > Service > Imei & Security > Simlock > Repair SImlock > click Repair SpLock
- BB5 > Service > PM > Press Repair SD, follow on screen message
- repair DCC if needed.

I m doing these same steps
- backup rpl just in case.
> BB5 > Flash > Advance > Get Addr. select eeprom. don't mark safe erase, press erase.
proceed:
- BB5 > Service > Imei & Security > Simlock > Repair SImlock > click Repair SpLock
- BB5 > Service > PM > Press Repair SD, follow on screen message
- repair DCC if needed.
erase flash ok then problem with doing repair sp lock showing this log

backup full RPL, erase like master gbluez said, then flash latest version, write RPL from backup, Repair SD, write good PM, camera DCC repair, bus check then post logs.
