Does the iPhone unlock for Swisscom locked phones work or not? Please, supporters answer. We cant wait forever. Did anyone managed to unlock Swisscom iPhone via MXKEY service? How can we cancel our orders and get our money back?

i have submitted 30 + phones for swiss starting from 02.12 and non is done,
i start using other server submitted on the 17th and it was done a few days ago, so you decide if this service is working or not
