i already make a post but no one help me pease help me

i save backup of contacts of 3120 by usb and flash it but after flash i try to restore backup but it failed after that i try with f bus, it writhe back up but only 6 contacts are back. before phone have up then 1100 contacts where is other gone please .is it any way i can back contacts

What Program did you used to backup? i see only name in your backup. Next time try to use nokia PCsuite.
