i got a portuguese 2330 that doenst work in canada

hi a got a vodafone unlocked 2330 that does not work in canada i saw the specs and it sould be compteble here, can someone help me out?

You are using vodafone card ? if yes , Do you have activated Roaming??

you need to convert phone to GSM 850 / 1900 - US version

then will work

Flash with a product code of Canada. Do this in UFS TORNADO.

After flash check if the band network was GSM 850/1900.

i know very well what is GSM frequency , i have answered him because he got European version of phone which need to be convert to work in USA REGION . what i have answered wrong can you tell me ?

Europe Phones = 900-1800
USA Phones = 850-1900

how does phone will work in that frequency ?

phones PM and Filters Should be changed no ?

correct me if i am wrong with your full specification where was i am wrong and how and what is proper answer should be .

What card you are using?? Portuguese or Canada network???
If not find network it´s possible bad unlock
