i also clean registry but still having same problem

win xp sp3
mobileEx 3.5 (rev1.3)

seems something wrong with ur copy of windows, as mobileex is tested working with most operating systems.

Ah, same problem I have on other computer. What causes this? It works perfect on the laptop Win7 and other HP Desktop.

it's not on the operating windows you used, but on the processor, use at least 1.5ghz or most highest. i tested it, it works.

I have same problem on 2 comp. with AMD proc. On intel work fine.

Is it OS related problem, not about PC based.
change your windows version, try different OS.

win7 is preferred.

Finaly some one has the same problem like me i asked in the forum but never had an answer propal in this problem i steal can not power on the sotware it migh be true that the problem cause of and because im using amd but also im not sure if its the windows problem , because im reinstalled windows and i have the same issiu

try to reinstall sir and exclude it to your antivirus disable it after you install..........
