Member: 601067 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | update mobileEx dongel when i download the mobile Ex new ver. ..... http://rs122.rapidshare.com/files/34..._20100126_.exe and install the software show "No Security Dongle detected" first i uninstall previous ver.3.2 rev 3.x remove from hardware management , remove from "reg edit" and then i install the downloaded ver. but no positive result . when i tired for uninstalling and installing operation i install the old ver. and do my work.i hope no solution for me about my dongle no problem i want only repair all bb5 .rpl . how dose it possible for me plz guide |

I think it is an installation problem of mxkey main software. Solution is simple. I am giving you step by step solution. 1. Insert mxkey dongal any usb port. 2. Go to device manager remove 'usb token device' & 'usb token holder'. 3. Dont remove mxkey from usb port. It is very importent step. 4. Uninstall mxkey and delete mobileEx folder. 5. Reinstall mxkey setup close main window. 6. Remove mxkey dongal from usb port. Now use mobileex software after Insert mxkey dongal any usb port. Now security dongle will detect successfully. | |
