i have 2630 for unlock ;

BLOCK 1: 1.LOCKED (MCC+MNC): 20801F
BLOCK 2: 1.LOCKED (MCC+MNC): 20801F

hi, what cable are you on?
It is recommended to use easy cable with crocodile clip or f-bus is even better.

looks like the problem is with test-local mode timing.
