Usb driver problem MXKEY mobile 3.5 (rev1.2)(SOLVED) - GSM-Forum

Good morning.

I have a problem with my USB MXKEY.

MOBILEX had version 3.4 (rev2.1) and until yesterday no problems, today I tried and did not connect with the server.

Seeing that there is a new version of the MOBILEX 3.5 (rev1.2) have upgraded.

Since I do not recognize the updated driver and I get as MXKEY SmartCard but I do not recognize the driver.

Why can it be?

Re install all drivers.
We are not facing any prob with usb

- install 3.5rev1.2, select all on driver option. pay attention on driver removal if any confirmation pop up, you should give answer NO.
- HTI box should have 00.17 FW to work correctly.

Uninstall, reboot and install everything again and correct.
