v3.1 Beta16, Public-Release

Changes:
- MAIN
Removed old card protocol(MXKEY REV 1.X/ROCKEY6), for this release only MXKEY REV 2.X card supported
minor bug fixes
- NK
Fixed, loader issue
Added, single phones setting (VPP,RX2, Fast checkbox now saved to config for each phone)
Added, BB5 No TP Unlocker, Dejan RAP3GV2 unlocker removed.
Fixed, `highlight market` bug
minor bug fixes
- CCS
Improved, communication. Dead phones full flashing now working without errors

forget it brother, mr. yobb just wanna say goodbye to his old rockey6 or mxkey rev.1, that probably not used ( read : replaced ) anymore since v3.1 Beta16 released

some user maybe just confused with this improvement
some user maybe see this improvement was a first step to new era of mxss
some user maybe just don't know how to exchange their old mxkey

it's ordinary happen in improvement, some poeple agree, some people don't
so be it.....
one things i know, mr. alim have some hardworks and now mxkey supported by you, new security protocol, and other improvement that he has been added, good step i think.

just......go on, all new mxkey team & supporter.
