I have dowloaded via link that you gave thanks a lot but it still not working i've also download via rapidshare also it say my dongle is out of date, the last release good working is 3.0 rc15 beta but my program was lost could you give that, so that i can try with this.

ask for new dongle replacement. ask to your reseller, they will help you for this problem.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\ index.dat or C:\Documents and Settings\E-ning\index.dat or any other cookies??? when i double click the icon its show up but disappear immediately! how to solve this???

Kindly, tick "Use Dongle ID" if you only get password from registration. No need to enter "User Name".
