can defend yourself with the name who sold to you cheap, if you said so.

I am live in VietNam and i confirm that he did not sell hti credit in my country.Yesterday i had tried to contact him to buy hti credit but he do not have reseller account to tranfer credit for me.So i had bought it from saigonmobile.I hope you have check correctly about him.He is not a cheater

Till now, we have this small information.
Useful for all in Vietnam to not get in trouble:

It looks like the real cheater is another guy who use YM: hackkill1412
and sell to Vietnam with a kind of payment system called "perfect money".

He use this PayPal ID's to buy credits from us:

[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]

Mr. Nguyen Khac Nguyên was paid the money we have asked for the
damage created, but, Till now, Mr. Nguyen Khac Nguyên was not able
to provide full log of his YM chat with this "hackkill1412".

When he will provide full log, may be he is innocent. Till then, he is guilty.
