Hello to all Senior members and product supporter.

As I am ner in MX KEY, I want to know

What is the function of " Downgrade "

When I need to click downgrade button.

Please some one breafely discuss my question.

if you want to flash your phone with firmware version lower than the one already in the phone, you have to tick downgrade. If you dont tick downgrade, after flashing the phone will not change into other mode (local, normal, test, etc). and when you try to switch on, usually it will stuck at nokia logo and then restart, in that case do BB5 SW downgrade fix( located at Service -> Quick Fix). BTW, it is not recommended to downgrade or manual erase SL3 phones (but can be done successfully using mxkey

with full rpl backup.

But I have already flash a phone 5610c with lower version.
It is stuck on Nokia logo.
How do I overcome from this error.
