every time i bus check it displays ....

Using device: UFS_USB V2.8 (c) SarasSoft 2007.
ASIC ID: 0x2142 [UPP_8M ver: 4.2 or 4.3]
Sorry, Unable to find bootloader for this AsicID !

even in good phones,i check the cable and box ok...
uninstall and install latest version i got same problem...

uninstall and install latest version & chek this folder C:\mobileEx\3.2\modules\{3EBAF427-9F55-419F-8A75-385DFC651169}\flash
if ok then chek ur phone hardware its flash chip prblem

now its ok,i format my pc and install new mxkey software....i thought i damage my mxkey cos i tried to use jaf pkey holder and inser my mxkey card thats why it has an error...
