When i connect to the server this error occurs....

when I am trying to connect with server I am getting this following massage after installing 'mobileEx_setup_v3.2_rev5.6'.

'Privileged instruction

SystemErrorMessage: The operation completed successfully.
EIP: 0012B000'
What is the problem and what is the solution.
For this problem I can not rebuild IMEI also.

I have uninstall and reinstall setup several time. I have format my computer also still same problem I am facing.
