your problem is flash chip, just reflow flash chip or reball flash chip, now your problem solv, post result.

There is partial update what solved this problem.

v3.4 revision 1.4 fix, Partial Update

To update:
Goto Options->Module, select "Nokia Service Tool" and click "Update"

Whats New:
NK
- Fixed, BB5 USB flashing bug(RAP3G, RAPIDO)
- Added, New definition for XGOLD platform in xgold.xml

If you have other problems with new update, post in sticky thread where is
discussion for this.
