i have serious problem with my HTi since i have bought it !( one month go)

have installed the drivers as usuel and you can see the screen shot tooken from my system here !

when i run the soft it gives a strange message error as shown on this screen shot :

have updated the HTI firmware as required but finally the soft can't detect the security dongle as shown here

No security dongle detected !

Please what can be the problem ? it makes me crazy !

My suggestion:

Try to Remove the card inside it and Re-insert it.

Uninstall all drivers & Connect HTI in different Port and Try now.

the problem is not yet solved !

allways the same thing!

i think the Hti is badally manifactured

N.B:

the Pc is formated :

- no other soft or dongle or boxes installed on it.
ie the pc is virgin only windows and Mxbox soft are installed

The most problems come from HTi box badelly manufatured.
yes bad box !

fortunately have other good boxes Mtbox ATF Fenixkey HWK Universalbox otherwise i will be crazy with this HTi ...

put it in the draw and waiting for improvement if will come in the future .

i had same problem,the only way i could get it to work was to use my old mxkey in its reader and connect hti box,this works perfectly now,yes uses another usb but what the heck?

Yes i have done all what is said here on the forum but allways the same problem ( no security dongle connected)....

Why I will lose time and monney again to send and receive this rubbish !!
This HTi is burried and forgoten for ever !
