hi i cant install my mxbox. problem dongle not found.

where can i get this drivers. i try hti drivers but same error.

i am having same error too cant use my mxbox over 2 weeeks now pls product support help us out

update driver manually, choose 'don't search', next, have a disk

direct it to htdi driver folder, choose HTIWINUSB

ps
win7 users don't got this problem.

hello,
is your box has already got 00.17 firmware?
if it not, you should use previous driver: HTI Box for box, and HTICCID for the card.

after 00.17, your device name will be changed into win usb.

ah, ok.
so this is smart card driver problem on your system.
you can over ride your current driver by have a disk method.
can use "MXKEYCARD" inside C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti,
will be shown as JCOP10 after.. but it's ok.

seems like upgrading to win7 is good for you
