PLEASE MXKEY TEAM.i have activiated my mxkey about 15days ago and havnt recieved my free credit id..... please help me out

i had register the mxkey, but i hanvt get my id n psswd

login mx-key support with dongle, on main page click one changed email id and chake your id is ok or not if id is ok then changed with other id and then click one reset password and then chake yor mail
