Resolved mine. Try this tick restart application tab. tick options tab/ server. tick server list then select mx key server. tick go to support. then tick connect use either ufs or jaf as interface.Open nokia service tool.Then try to connect again to online server.

From your attachmenent, i saw that phone in "TEST" mode. Are you already try change to "LOCAL" mode. And make sure that the phone steady in selected mode.
