why does mx key shows phone not responding cilck no for manual ............ for most of the bb5 phones espically 3110c or any other phone. but when we put muc file and press flash button, the set gets completly flashed and agains shows phone not responding.

for some mobiles when bb5 software downgrade fix is done. then it shows all the phone information and sim lock status

It's a problem related to interface, most of new models can't boot with UFS, try with JAF or ATF. And sometimes it's cable problem, use UFC3GS, UFC4 or similar tools..

what mxkey version are you used?

it is HIGHLY recommended to use latest version 3.4 rev .19
