why the soft won't work ? It lose a connection with JAF interface evry time when I try to scan or bus check?

Device IO error: access denied (code: 5)
BOX Error : 0000, please reconnect the box and try again!
Error opening !

BAD connection

PC - JAF interface.
can be from USB cable
or low voltage from PC

i have same problem here....

i change usb cable with a new one and put mx-key and jaf box directly on my laptop usb port....

how can we fix this kind of problem? please help mx-key team.....

i already did the uninstall thing....but still no luck

when i use jaf with pkey it works fine..but with mx-key it shows this kind of error

it happened to me with the new update rev 1.6 and after I upgrade my jaf box with with potato software...bugs? please fix that

please make a support for repair sd via usb interface....
