wrong activation, can i get my 50credit and put to dct4+ activation?




i just bought 100 credits for activation dctplus unlocker, but the reseller put all 100 credit to bb5 rpl, so my bb5 credit increased to 150 credits but my dct4 unlocker not yet activated

can i get 50 credit and put to dctplus unlocker so i can have credits in my dct4plus credit?

I have this same only i have for dct4+ 150 credit and nothing in bb5

I'm sure reseller can't take back the credits and put them as it should .

I had the same problem, but I dont think they can take them back once done, I just bought 50 DCT4+ credits and all is good now

i thought it was reseller's faulty, because we can not doing activate by our own self

Yes but if you added 100 credits to your basket then it it your fault and not the resellers, I made mistake of adding 100 BB5 credits instead of 50 so not the resellers fault only mine.

if we could add/reorder for ourselvs credits all be ok, resellers add in wrong way , some people dont even work in shops and just answer "buy more credits is ur fault" i dont think is our fault , even resellers are confused .
