x2-00 security code problem

pls how can i remove security code from this phone i choose mcu and i follow instructions given by software but i always get accss error or fail to read software.

pls help need another trick.

Brother! first insert mcu file then click on bus check then service will got active AFTER bus check completes do factory setting by clicking reset all..done

this is how i did tried but access violation error i get whenever the phone wants to connect and it seems that the phone could not install so i don't know if need a new driver for it.
