X6-00 Mass Memory in Use


Nokia X6-00 16GB [RM-559]
After Format by "Format File System" Phone Shows "Mass Memory in Use"
Mass Memory was Working Correctly Before Format
but Now not Not Found in "Format File System"

I Tried to Flash but :
Flash programming ...
Error while programming [00] at 0x00000000, Result: 0000
Warning: programming MMC failed, please check if MicroSD exist !
ERROR: Packet Error(0xAA), code 0xA3000003

How to Solve This..???

1. Heat MMC IC [Memory Chip / HDD]
2. Back All DATA [RPL, PM etc...]
3. Erase Phone with Erase File
4. Full Flash Phone with MMC File
5. Restore IMEI and Other DATA
