hi,
you have 2 option:

1. fill your credit by buying credits from listed reseller on link given above,
2. buy HTI. you can unlock it without need any credits / internet.

i prefer option #2

what about black berry i have one hti i have one 8700v i can t find it when i scan whit soft 3.5 1.2
