hai gpg team,

im facing problem wth gpg-hwk boxes..all three new boxes..trying to update with new client..its reports as...

asper the instruction given from product supporter..while im trying to update firmware..iwith reg file..ts reporting "box_error:00000"!!!!!!

whereas other four of the hwk boxes(gpg)..after going good update..while trying to connect with ufs main soft..its report as...

"need to update your tool"??!!!

why somuch complications in these boxes..whereas the ufs-BIG box..wth hwk ic..working really smart..in all cases..

gpg team has to notice this issue...shure they will facing this same issue..from other resellers too..

kindly fix this problem..
as im always promoting gpg products(hwk box/cyclone/ufcv2/ustpro/z3x/cables),becoz of its quality..really im upset with these issues in hwk boxes!!!

gpg hwk worst box evermade by gpg..10 box retuned to gpg ........

TO mr.nadim..

he worked for me a lot,wth remote access..greta work..

@ nadim..

as u tried with every possibl steps..me too tried wth all sources..but all efforst in vain..

has to send back those boxes..

all gpg hwkbox have the same problem.it damage eeprom completly.now wich one is eeprom chicp and where can find this chip to replace?bcaz eeprom i try repair software but cont repair with any repair software.
