format my pc and install Kaspersky Anti-Virus then install
main hwk suite software

Hi man i have a simple trick which is
just restore your system to the earlier point i have tested it
the reason is installation of a software whic is a third party and you must remember that software and also uninstalling that software will not solve the problem just restore or new windows is the best solution it is not a problem of hwk or ufs

I had the same problem but my problem solved in this way
First un install all previous versions.
Go to regedit->HKEY-LOCAL_MACHINE->Software then right click on SaraSoft and delete whole entery.
Reboot the system
Install hwk support suite
update
now install hwk suite.
all will be ok...............................
